Finally free time to write new post!!!

LOL busy the whole week liao..... busy with the theory based module test...... well here is the last time i wish to heard this module name and never i want to hear it again !!! FINALLY IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK AND PROCESSES (ITSMFP)..... ultimately theory module..... finally the exam for this module have pass!!! WooHoo!!! Only one more module to go the real-time module..... but dun need pia like ITSMFP like that.... write notes till my finger got blister.....
